Shipping and Return/Exchange Policies


KidSport ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  Second Day Air and International Shipping is available.  Please see details below.

All oversize packages such as sleds, skis, snowboards, poles, etc. will be charged an additional $35 above and beyond ALL shipping charges.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79.00 shipped within the Continental United States (this does not include Hawaii and Alaska). Restrictions may apply and method may not be available. A customer service representative will contact you regarding any change of shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.  

If you participate in KidSport's free shipping method and return merchandise, a shipping and handling fee proportionate to the purchase will be applied.  If you have questions regarding this policy please call our Customer Service department at (800) 833-1729.



Second Day Air is available for an additional cost of $30 to the Standard Shipping Rates.  If order is placed by 12:00 P.M. (Mountain Standard Time), your package will arrive at it's destination within 2 business days.  KidSport can only ship Second Day Air within the Domestic U.S.  For Second Day Air shipping, outside the Domestic U.S., please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-833-1729.

Shipping outside the Domestic U.S. is available.  All packages shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $25 to the Standard Shipping Rate.  All other international shipments will be charged an additional $35 to the Standard Shipping Rates.  The shipping charge may change, without notice, depending on package destination and/or country.  If additional shipping charges are required, you will be notified via email by our Customer Service Department.  Please allow up to 30 days to receive your international packages though some packages may take up to 60 business days to arrive.  Customs may hold your package for a period of time.  Additional custom and duty charges may apply and will be collected upon delivery and will be paid by the customer.



After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with your tracking number.  You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the shipper’s website:

  • All returns and exchanges must be received received within 14 days of purchase date. Returns and exchanges after this date will not be permitted.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition in which they were received with all tags attached and in original boxes/packaging.
  • All helmet, goggles, and sunglasses are not returnable.
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  This includes both returns and exchanges.
  • There will be no returns on discounted items.  All discounted items are final sales.
