TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company, USPS for standard shipping and UPS for 2 Day Air. You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the shippers website:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Your complete satisfaction is what KIDSPORT strives for. If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Returns on all products will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt date if received after the 14 day return window you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on the late items.   Any and all returns/exchanges must be received in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by  a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation for the return. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a non refundable KIDSPORT In-Store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
