TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company, USPS for standard shipping and UPS for 2 Day Air. You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the shippers website:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is what KIDSPORT strives for. If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Returns on all products will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt date. An exchange will be shipped Free of Charge! to the Continental U.S. Exchanges in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged a $15 exchange fee. All other international countries will be charged a $25 exchange fee. Any and all returns/eschanges must be received in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation for the return. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a non refundable KIDSPORT In-Store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

We will gladly adjust the price of an item if it decreases within 7 days of your original purchase. One-time price adjustment may be made on original or sale price merchandise. If purchase was made without using customer account number we will need original receipt in order to make the adjustment and will need to set up customer in our system before adjustment can be made.
