After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number
from the shipping company, USPS for standard shipping and UPS for 2 Day Air. You can use
this tracking number to track your package directly on the shippers website:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is what KIDSPORT strives for. If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Returns of Baby shoes, Baby Carriers, Kids ski clothing, ski accessories and other purchased products will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt date. An exchange will be shipped Free of Charge! Any and all returns must be received in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging, accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation for the return. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a non refundable KIDSPORT In-Store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
