 GENERAL:

Free Ground Shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. on all orders of $100 or more.

All oversize packages such as sleds, skis, snowboards, poles, etc. will be charged an additional $35 above and beyond ALL shipping charges.

 PREMIUM SHIPPING:

Second Day Air will arrive at your destination within 2 business days if the order is placed by 12pm (MST). This service is an additional $30 to the standard shipping rates. Please refer to the Standard Shipping Table for all standard shipping rates.  Kidsport only ships 2 day air to the U.S. Please call to enquire about Premium Shipping outside of the Domestic U.S.  (800) 833-1729.

KidSport cannot provide 2 Day Premium Shipping Service on International Orders.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All packages shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $25 to the Standard Shipping prices quoted for the U.S.

All other international shipments will be charged an additional $35 to the Standard Shipping prices quoted for the U.S.  This shipping charge may vary depending on the country, you will be notified by email if the charge will be more than $35 on top of normal shipping charges. Please allow at least 30 days to receive your packages, customs may hold the package up and is out of our control.

Due to agreements with Burton, Spyder & The North Face kidsportvail.com cannot ship these brands to international destinations.

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES MAY APPLY AND WILL BE COLLECTED UPON DELIVERY.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company (USPS or FedEx for standard shipping and UPS for 2 Day Air). You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the shipper’s website:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Your complete satisfaction is what KidSport strives for. If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Any and all returns/exchanges must be received in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation for the return.  Returns without original tags and packaging will result in a 25% restocking fee.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund or store credit. 

If returned after the 30 day return period a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. 

We will gladly adjust the price of an item if it decreases within 7 days of your original purchase.  One-time price adjustment may be made on original or sale price merchandise.  If purchase was made without using customer account number we will need original receipt in order to make the adjustment and will need to set up customer in our system before adjustment can be made.

Exchanges within the continental U.S. will be shipped Free of Charge!

Exchanges in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be charged a $15 exchange fee. All other international exchanges will be charged a $25 exchange fee.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive a non-refundable KidSport in-store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
